How to make it
- In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, oregano, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make a marinade.
- Slice the chicken breast into thin strips, add to the marinade, toss to coat, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 4 hours).
- Cook the fries according to package directions until golden and crisp, then keep warm.
- Heat a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat and cook the chicken in a single layer, turning, for 6 to 8 minutes until browned and the internal temperature reaches 74 C (165 F).
- Warm the pita breads in a dry pan or oven for about 30 seconds per side until soft and pliable.
- Spread each pita with a spoonful of greek yogurt, then layer with sliced tomato, red onion, and the hot chicken.
- Tuck a few fries into each wrap, fold or roll tightly, and serve immediately.
