How to make it
- Heat the oven to 175 C (350 F) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream the shortening with the brown sugar and white sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg, water, and vanilla until the mixture is smooth and evenly blended.
