How to make it
- Halve the avocados, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a medium bowl.
- Squeeze the juice of the half lime over the avocado right away to keep it from browning, then mash with a fork to a chunky, spoonable texture.
- Stir in the minced garlic, olive oil, and ground black pepper until evenly distributed.
