How to make it
- Crush the malt biscuits to fine crumbs in a large bowl, then stir in the ground cinnamon.
- Chop the fruit puff lollies into small pieces and mix them through the biscuit crumbs.
- Melt the butter and condensed milk together in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth and warm but not boiling.
- Pour the warm butter mixture into the crumbs and stir thoroughly until everything is evenly coated and the mixture holds together when pressed.
- Tip the mixture onto a sheet of baking paper and, using the paper to help, shape and roll it firmly into a tight log about 5 cm thick.
- Roll the log in the desiccated coconut to coat the outside, then wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm before slicing into rounds to serve.
