How to make it

  1. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and cook the breakfast sausages, turning often, for 12 to 15 minutes until golden all over and cooked through to an internal temperature of 74 C (165 F).
  2. While the sausages cook, crack the eggs into a bowl, season with salt and pepper, and beat well until evenly blended.
