Cheese-Stuffed Crust Pizza

How to make it
- Preheat the oven to 220 C and lightly coat a round pizza pan with cooking spray, then dust it evenly with the corn meal.
- Unroll the pizza dough onto the pan and gently stretch it so the edge overhangs the rim by about 3 cm all the way around.
- Lay the string cheese sticks end to end around the outer edge of the dough, then fold the overhanging dough up and over the cheese, pressing firmly to seal in a stuffed-crust border.
- Spread the pizza sauce over the center of the dough, leaving the sealed crust bare, and sprinkle the oregano over the sauce.
- Scatter the crumbled cooked sausage and pepperoni over the sauce, then cover everything with the shredded Italian blend cheese.
- Brush the stuffed crust with the olive oil and bake for 15 to 18 minutes until the crust is deep golden and the cheese is bubbling.
- Let the pizza rest for 5 minutes so the molten cheese sets slightly, then slice and serve.
