How to make it
- Pat the turkey cutlets dry, season both sides with salt and pepper, and heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the cutlets for 3 to 4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F, then transfer to a plate and tent loosely with foil to rest.
- Meanwhile, prepare the instant stuffing according to the package directions, fluffing in the butter at the end, and keep it warm.
- Steam or microwave the frozen mixed vegetables until tender-crisp, then season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Whisk the gravy mix with water in a saucepan and simmer until thickened, scraping any browned bits from the turkey skillet into the gravy for extra flavor.
- Plate the sliced turkey with the stuffing and vegetables, ladle gravy over the top, and add a spoonful of cranberry sauce alongside.
- Serve the pre-made pumpkin pie for dessert, having brought it to room temperature or warmed it slightly while the meal is eaten.
