How to make it

  1. Pat the turkey cutlets dry, season both sides with salt and pepper, and heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Sear the cutlets for 3 to 4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F, then transfer to a plate and tent loosely with foil to rest.
  3. Meanwhile, prepare the instant stuffing according to the package directions, fluffing in the butter at the end, and keep it warm.
  4. Steam or microwave the frozen mixed vegetables until tender-crisp, then season lightly with salt and pepper.
  5. Whisk the gravy mix with water in a saucepan and simmer until thickened, scraping any browned bits from the turkey skillet into the gravy for extra flavor.
  6. Plate the sliced turkey with the stuffing and vegetables, ladle gravy over the top, and add a spoonful of cranberry sauce alongside.
  7. Serve the pre-made pumpkin pie for dessert, having brought it to room temperature or warmed it slightly while the meal is eaten.
