How to make it

  1. In a medium bowl, stir together the ketchup and chili sauce until smooth.
  2. Whisk in the prepared horseradish, starting with 2 tablespoons and adding more to reach the level of heat you like.
  3. Add the lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and hot pepper sauce, then whisk to combine.
