How to make it

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C (350F).
  2. In a bowl, combine the grated cheddar, mayonnaise, drained green chiles, sliced black olives, green onions, and garlic powder, stirring until evenly mixed.
  3. Fold in the diced tomato gently so it does not break down, then season lightly with salt to taste.
  4. Spread the mixture into a small ovenproof baking dish and bake for 18 to 22 minutes, until the dip is hot, bubbling, and lightly golden on top.
