Turkey Biscuit

How to make it
- Preheat the oven to 200 C (400 F) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat and cook the finely chopped onion for 5 to 6 minutes until soft and translucent.
- Stir in the cream of chicken soup, milk, ranch dressing, garlic powder, salt and pepper and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add the chopped cooked turkey and half of the cheddar, stirring until the cheese melts and the mixture is hot, then transfer it to the prepared baking dish.
- Arrange the frozen biscuit dough pieces evenly over the top of the hot filling and sprinkle with the remaining cheddar.
- Bake for 22 to 28 minutes until the biscuits are puffed and golden brown and cooked through in the center, and the filling is bubbling at the edges.
- Let it stand for 5 minutes before serving so the filling sets slightly.
